This was a great experience from start to finish. I know I had to quit because it was really causing tension between me and my wife she always felt that I put them ahead of her. But after one session with Josh, I threw 'em away and I never looked back. There was just no question, it's a lot easier than when I used the patch before. I just finished my program at Chicago Hypnosis Clinic with Josh. I was extremely skeptical starting hypnotherapy for my anxiety, as most of what I've done in the past hasn't helped at all. But even from the first phone call consult with Josh, I felt finally like there was some light at the end of the tunnel. And after just the first session, noticed a huge impact.I am someone who has tried absolutely everything to try to manage my anxiety - medication (that did absolutely nothing, and I don't like the idea of being on meds long term). One day as I was travelling for work, the idea of using hypnosis to quit smoking popped into my head. I googled around and found Josh's website. Josh helped me finally quit smoking with hypnosis. Definitely skeptical coming in, but it really was quite easy. It has been almost a year of no smoking now. He has literally changed my life, can't thank you enough!
