This place is horrible. My dog was here one time for an emergency visit. Ever since the moment we left she has been very aggressive towards people other than family and has to be muzzled at any vet office/ public. These people traumatized and caused this on my dog. She has been to multiple vets and everywhere in public with me and has never acted this way in three years. Do not take your dog here. Techs just sit on their phone doing jack during the night shift. They are also extremely expensive and offer weak/non caring services. Stay far far away.
Not only this my other dog had eaten a shirt and this place quoted 12,000$+ but i took to a ver in the city and had him home in two hours with a 2500$ bill This place SUCKS.

From the reception to the triage to the doctor this hospital was fantastic. So accommodating and caring. They saw us quickly and were able to provide treatment right away. We were out of there within one hour. They gave us peace of mind on a really scary night for our sweet pup.

Everyone there was so kind, not only to me, but to my dog as well. Pricing and procedures were explained, and diagnosis was diagrams and thoroughly explained. A follow-up call was made by the cardiologist when my dog had a hard time tolerating the medication. I would highly recommend Blue Pearl Northfield.

My dog received excellent care. The services required were expensive, but I was informed at each stage of the process and able to make the right decisions for me and my dog. In the end, the care plan allowed my dog to come home a couple of days earlier than anticipated and did save us some money.

We were a case transfer to BluePearl from our primary vet over an hour away, we came in not really knowing what to expect and they took care of our baby right when we walked through their doors. Our doctor, Dr. Horowitz was very thorough and understanding and worked with us on everything. Of course prices are a little higher but we’re very happy with the detail and care they put into our boy. Thank you BluePearl and team!!
