Dr. Shestopal is excellent. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to really understand my back pain before developing a thoughtful plan with me. Her approach is thorough, collaborative, and tailored. Most importantly, I felt relief after the very first session and it only got better from there. I couldn't recommend Dr. Shestopal enough!
Highly recommend! First, I emailed inquiring about treating my son and Lijana replied promptly and answered my questions. When I brought my 12 year old son in, Lijana was great with him. She made him feel comfortable and communicated with him about what to expect. He has done 5 sessions already and has noticed a big improvement in his sever's pain and tendinitis pain in his wrist. Also, her office is decorated so stylish and is warm and welcoming. Get on her schedule, you won't regret it.
Dr. Shestopal has been incredibly helpful in identifying root causes of tension and stiffness, and then addressing them with both acupuncture and recommendations for ongoing stretching and strengthening. Incredibly helpful insights and support that are enabling me to keep at it!
