This is my regular eye doctors office. They are always available in a time of need. They care. The office staff and Doctors are welcoming, courteous and Sympathetic. A very rare find in eye care these days!

Large selection to choose from and the assistance was great. Bought 2 pairs of regular glasses and a pair of sunglasses. All were ready within 2 weeks. The customer service has been great. I only give 4 stars because one pair of frames needs to be adjusted or replaced. I think the frames should be replaced. We shall see how this is resolved. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

I have come to Rosin Eyecare for many years for my contact lenses and glasses. Recently I stopped by the Northbrook office because a pair of glasses broke at the bridge. These were an old prescription, so I could not order a new pair, and the frame was discontinued. The patient care coordinators at the front, Brittani and Jessica, were EXTREMELY helpful, with suggestions on how I could perhaps find the same (now discontinued) frames on line and have Rosin staff put the lenses in the new frames. Brittani also looked at the schedule so that I could get in to have an eye exam appointment with Dr. Dygola for later that week.... very, very helpful, and now I have a new prescription.... read full review
