My water heater failed in the middle of the night by spewing steam and leaking into its drip pan. The main water valve had to be shut off due to constant filling of the tank. I scheduled Reliance to install a new one for the following afternoon. If Reliance had no availability I would have had no water for several days possibly. All I had to do was go buy a new water heater of my choice and they would do the rest. Brian the plumber arrived on time and installed the new water heater perfectly. The quality of the work is second to none.

Reliance was prompt and had great communications on appointment time and when plumber would arrive. They were thorough and explained things well. They got us a quote quickly. We will see how the job goes when they come back for the bulk for the bulk of the work.

We had an issue with our booster pump and it needed to be replaced. We had a new one installed and also had them install a bypass system so that we could still have whole house water even if the booster pump fails again. John was the main technician and was supported by Scott. Both were exemplary. They answered all our questions and did great work. We would highly recommend Reliance Plumbing.

We needed a same day appointment for a dishwasher that was leaking. Communication with the company was easy and John R quickly determined what the issue was and resolved it. He was also very polite and explained everything to us in layman terms. There was a $160 (I think?) same-day charge. Value was fair for the excellent service offered.

We had them replace two water heaters with high-efficiency gas tanks. Alex and his team were exceptional. They are extremely knowledgeable and worked efficiently and safely. Alex even found a way to reduce the cost on the installation which ended up saving us a lot of money. Another great job by Reliance!
