Pure Power was recommended to me after the storm and our original company came out and did a shoddy repair and then ghosted us. We were left with no power for 4 days and a generator emitting CO. Aron was responsive , he listened to the series events, walked me through how to trouble shoot over the phone and advised what most likely occurred and how to rectify it. He assisted with getting my power back on and made suggestions for corrective action to our generator and placement of it. Aron was a lifesaver for our sanity.
