I gave them only 4 stars because the doctors might be wonderful, I don't know. I called to help my friend back home schedule an appointment. She was referred "MM" within this group. Originally the receptionist was patient and replied, "We have no doctor by that name". I then realized that "MM" was a Nurse Practitioner, not a physician. I tried calling back 3 different times and my call went to voicemail each time. I then used a different phone and what do you know, she answered! I told this same receptionist, "I apologize for calling again but the person I was looking for is actually a nurse practitioner, not a physician.
