We had numerous windows and a sliding patio door replaced by Nu Concepts. They are very efficient, neat, clean and honest. We are also very pleased with their pricing. If an issue comes up they are extremely prompt in addressing it and correcting it in a very timely manner. I highly recommend them for any product or services they offer.
Ken and Nu-Concepts did a fantastic job designing and installing Hardie Board siding on our house. Their pricing was very competitive, their installers were professional, clean and efficient and the house looks amazing and completely updated. A+ all the way around!
Very pleased with Nu-Concepts Windows. My slider windows were installed two years ago and all has been great. Then last week I noticed a piece of weatherstripping had come loose and I couldn't find where to reattach it. I called the owner on Saturday and first thing Monday the tech came out and fixed it in about 20 minutes, removing the window and reattaching it. I am impressed! Great service, great product.
