I love this company! Our shower had hardy any water flow and the water pressure was non-existent. It was also taking about 15-20 minutes for our water to get hot. We had multiple pumblers come in and out. We never got a strught answer and ultimately ended right back where we started. Eugen arrived promptly. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. He was able to diagnosis the issue and fix the mistakes others had made in timely manner. We had reverse pipes, valve damage and so on. I really appreciated the detailed explanation and I was able see and understand exactly what are what our problems were. Mergenthaler just came out to find the source of some visible mold; Eugen, our plumber on the job was super knowledgeable and thorough. He located the pipe leak problem, explained everything surrounding it and fixed the issue completely. They are lucky to have him on board. Everyone I dealt with at Mergenthaler was helpful and nice. Great company.
