Dr. Scott Averill is very talented and humble. I remember during the lock downs — for our consult prior to the procedure he actually comes outside to the parking lot (when most doctors wouldn’t even talk to you in person) and he literally gets on the ground on his back to examine our dog (literally on the hot ground mid Summer).. This Doctor is truly one of a kind. The part that stood out the most for me was that the surgery cost a set amount of money — after the surgery Dr. Scott Averill literally has his office refund me $400+ dollars because He said he didn’t end up needing certain supplies etc., the point is that in my entire life time I’ve never met... read full review

From my first call to the surgery discharge, I cannot say enough good things. Detailed after surgery instructions even with videos has been amazing. Very happy with my experience and the care given to my dog and myself.

Very thorough consultation with Dr. Averill. This was my dog’s second surgery (TPLO) provided by Dr. Averill and he was amazing. He called me the following morning each time to check in. The front desk staff and technician were very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend!
