Very thorough consultation with Dr. Averill. This was my dog’s second surgery (TPLO) provided by Dr. Averill and he was amazing. He called me the following morning each time to check in. The front desk staff and technician were very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend!

Dr. Averill and his entire staff are amazing! When our dog Hawk hurt his rear leg, and after finding out he would need TPLO surgery, after checking other places, I realized that the very first response and the family feel I felt from his staff was what we wanted. We are now in week 7 of recovery and his staff has been very responsive and caring. Dr. Averill after our initial consultation probably spent 30 minutes explaining everything. I cannot thank you enough! Hawk who is a lab is always very skittish of new places, and from the very first visit he had not hesitation of going up to anyone. Thank you again! Our pup had to have two back to back surgeries on his two back legs. The staff was so incredibly kind, helpful, and sweet to our boy. We drove farther to go here because so many people raved about Dr. Averill and we're so glad we did. He's smart, great at his job, informative, and fast/efficient. His staff was dedicated to being sure we were comfortable with everything after the surgery. Great experience for a less than ideal situation.
