I have been taking private Pilates with Iryna for more than two years. Awe have been working on strengthening my body to slow the progression of scoliosis, improve my posture and alleviate pain. Iryna is extremely skilled and knowledgeable, as well as kind, caring and a great listener. I also highly recommend her skills as a massage therapist. I always leave our sessions feeling so much better. No matter what your age or issue, I believe Iryna can improve your life.
Iryna is an amazing pilates trainer, sooo knowledgeable!!!! Also she’s a wonderful life coach. Her past life regression sessions are the best! She’s super smart and very intuitive. Love working out with her and all her advice and coaching.
