I have been doing Balayages for long time now & doing it at Professional Hair Design was one of the best among many others for the duration, quality & perfect look expectations . Relax first and get your hair shampooed and conditioned by a lovely lady who also does a wonderful scalp massage. Then relax in Carmela's chair while she shapes exactly what you want. Have been going for over 10 years. She is the best.“
