UPDATE: We recently moved to a new home and needed a full inspection of the existing system and a plan for ongoing maintenance. The technician, Tommy B., arrived on time and, in a very thorough manner, inspected the whole system, gave us a detailed summary of the good and the not so good, and installed a new thermostat. We made a plan for ongoing maintenance moving forward and were extremely pleased with his professionalism and skill.
