I was very impressed with how everything was set up. Scheduling is handled entirely online, which made things easy. My local inspector, Vince, was by far the most thorough inspector I’ve ever worked with. He completed the report promptly, and the owner followed up with a meeting to walk through the findings. The entire process was completed within two days.
Scheduling was straight forward and easy. Frank was very thorough and informative which I was really appreciative as a first time homebuyer. Would definitely recommend CHI to my friends and family!
