I’ve been dodging therapy and my issues most of my life. If this sounds like you and you’re endlessly scrolling through google looking for help this center will try its best to help you. Past experiences with other therapists, anxieties, self-sabotage among other rationalizations had kept me in an irritating and draining cycle.Cycles be damned I’m full of joy and hope now! My timeline for healing wasn’t perfect, but my progress was determined by the effort I was willing to put in.
