The Chicago Stress Relief Center, Inc.

The Chicago Stress Relief Center, Inc., founded by Dr. Howard Weissman in 1994, offers a range of holistic services alongside traditional psychological approaches. The center features state-of-the-art Ocean float rooms, clinical massage on a Biomat, and far infrared sauna services. The float rooms are more spacious and taller than traditional tanks, providing a very calming and pleasant environment. Clients often praise the float pods for their cleanliness and comfort, appreciating features like adjustable lighting and filtration jets that help ease relaxation. The center also offers rain showerheads and amenities for personal use, making each visit soothing and enjoyable.

Many visitors have been floating here for years and consistently mention the staff’s friendliness and helpfulness, with Eva being especially appreciated for her kindness. The infrared sauna is frequently added to float sessions, creating a great combo that helps clients decompress, sweat, and gently detox. After these sessions, clients often leave feeling calm, relaxed, and rejuvenated.

The center also provides professional massages, with Ewa Gut recognized as an excellent massage therapist who understands individual needs and makes clients feel comfortable and relaxed. The environment is described as a little oasis where clients can de-stress and reboot. Overall, the Chicago Stress Relief Center is highly recommended for stress relief and relaxation, with a welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff.
