    I’ll be completely honest, I see all the reviews are good, but I’m unsure if any of these people have had to work with the supervisor we have. She’s rude, she gives me the feeling that she does not like her Spanish speaking clients. My grandmother uses the service and I had to basically do the whole training process for the new home care aid because they have no Spanish-speaking person in this company. This is what they told me this is even what HR told me I didn’t know ahead of time, so it was very difficult since I work full-time, and obviously take care of my grandmother. We needed extra help during the work hours and the person we chose was perfect since my grandmother is also Spanish-speaking. Just a very odd feeling I get from some of these people and the way they handle things. When I asked if some of the paperwork could be sent in Spanish they said no, but I could do it myself. We’ll see how long we stay with this company if much longer. I also don’t get replies at all from any emails that I send to the supervisor. Overall, I’m not the one who had to deal with the service before I took over her care. It was another person and from what I saw things were usually fine. At this point, I just want people to know that if they need a Spanish home care aid they should probably just go with another company altogether otherwise they will have to basically do the hiring process themselves. As well as translating any material that is sent over.

    If possible, I would like to speak to a director as soon as possible regarding our continued services. When I called, I tried to reach out to one, but wasn’t able to do it because this person was busy. This was twice now. Which I understand as I don’t have an appointment set with any director. So if one is available I’d like to speak to a higher up and I would like to do so immediately.

    I thoroughly enjoyed working as a caregiver for Best In-Home. They were always extremely professional. Any questions or issues were handled promptly and efficiently. My supervisor, Zhanna, and Tamar in HR were always kind, communicative and responsive. I highly recommend employment with Best In-Home Service.
