American Home Maintenance resolved my dryer issue. It was not venting correctly and Scott was able to finally fixed it once and for all -thank you! Will definitely be calling American Home Maintenance when I am ready for my next to-do list item.

Scott remounted our kitchen sink under the granite and rebuilt the cabinet below. He installed a new faucet, as well. All work was performed professionally to our complete satisfaction. Ethan and his team were very easy to work with and we will be using them in the future for our home repairs.

My sump pump pipes broke in a storm and my entire finished basement flooded. Ethon Begone and his team from American Home Maintenance came to my house ins short order and began shutting off water and began to rod all my sewer pipes. They were quick efficient and very thorough. While the flood ruined thee finished portion of the basement they were able to stop the flooding in short order and prevented damage to my furnace, AC, hot water heater and washer and dryer. They were very good and i can't recommend them highly enough. After the insurance settlement I will definitely use them to restore the basement.Services: Water damage repair

I had a leak in my dining room. The plumber wouldn’t cut a hole in the plaster ceiling. He told me to find a carpenter before they would fix the pipe. I had no idea who to call. I found an ad in a local paper for American Home Maintenance. I called and the owner, Ethon, sent Scott out that day to cut the hole!! Then I was able to get the pipe fixed and Scott came back out to close up the hole, reattach the decorative molding and repaint. He was amazing! You can’t tell that there was ever a leak or hole in the ceiling. I’m so happy. I look forward to working with this company again!

I don’t often write reviews but I figured this might help someone. It’s always frustrating when you know there is something wrong with your house - roof leak, appliance doesn’t work or a plumbing problem. It always sucks knowing that when you call someone you don’t know if you can trust them or if they will charge you a stupid amount of money and forget about you.Then there are guys like Ethon and Scott who did everything the right way. They worked with my schedule, took their time diagnosing what and where my problem is and tried to do everything as efficiently as possible not to bill me for things that were not necessary.
