Smart Care Roofing Inc.

Francisco came out immediately. I had a leak and had been previously told I needed a new roof. Francisco was extremely detailed and found the actual issue. He explained everything and made his professional recommendation. I had a quote to approve right away. The next day he came and fixed my issue. Not only did he save me money by actually addressing what was needed, but he is very professional, detailed, and honest.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Smart Care Roofing Company to replace the roof on my three-flat investment property, and I cannot express how impressed I am with their service. From the moment I met Francisco and reached out, their professionalism and expertise were evident.

The initial presentation was thorough and informative, with a detailed estimate that left no questions unanswered. They took the time to explain every aspect of the process, which gave me great confidence in their abilities.

Communication was a standout feature throughout the project. The team kept me informed every step of the way. On the day of installation, the project manager provided regular updates and sent me pictures of the progress, which I found incredibly reassuring. It felt like I was part of the process, even though I couldn't be there in person.

The quality of their work is truly top-notch. They finished the project on time and left the site clean and tidy, demonstrating their commitment to professionalism.

I highly recommend Smart Care Roofing Company to anyone in need of roofing services. Their combination of expertise, communication, and quality workmanship makes them a standout choice. Thank you, Smart Care Roofing, for making this experience so positive!

The owner is so thorough in everything he does. He spent a lot of time on our old roof making a 3.page quote describing everything that needed to be done and taking photos. The quote was very reasonable and he took care of getting the permit. On the day of putting on the new roof, the workers were here at the time designated and the work began. Photos were taken by a drone showing the progress being made. The finished job was very nice and the clean up amazing. Can't recommend SMART CARE ROOFING enough.
