Did not hook up my car alarm correctly, left something loose in my dashboard where as it rattle's badly as I’m driving down the street, and to make matters worse, I shook my car to try to get the alarm to go off and it didn’t go off, after I called customer service to let them know of the shoddy work they done, the technician called me and asked me to bring it back to their location to take a look at it, absolutely not, he didn’t get it right before, why would I take it back to him and he told that it was done, he let me drive off with it being loose and not positioned properly, I took it to another location to get it done the correct way, they pressed down... read full review

Made an appointment, went into store the for a repair. Told me I had to call a 1800 number to order parts. When I called the 1800 number I got transferred 8times and no one could order my parts through warranty

Took me 12 phone calls to get thru to a real person. Went to the store to make an appt, gave me another # to call, said I could NOT make appt at store must be done over phone. Last call I made, I was told I could have made appt at store. Called another company, got it done for $89.99 vs $200 for best buy. Lazy people who don't want to do their job! Will never spend my money there.
