I've been taking my kids here before the pandemic mask mandate was lifted. The gym is outstanding. Coach Brian is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about BJJ. The atmosphere is welcoming with Coach Brian providing proper guidance ensuring each student progresses at their own pace. Highly recommend for anyone looking to improve their skills and physical fitness level.

I’ve been a member of this gym for 5+ years so I’m obviously very happy with it. I love the classes consisting of technique training and then the optional striking sparring and BJJ rolling. The people are great as well. MMA people are kind, hard working, and very helpful. Coach Jeff Neal has been doing this his whole life, both as an MMA fighter himself and currently as a coach. Whether your goals are fitness or MMA expertise, Coach Jeff will get you there.
