Jasmin Reflexology

I am a semi-professional guitar player. I was having severe pain and cramping in my hands and forearms while playing guitar. During our first session, Jasmin identified where the pain was coming from. She worked those areas perfectly. After a couple sessions, the muscles in those areas completely loosened up. Jasmin is such a wonderful soul. I went to receive reflexology as another means of holistic healing. Jasmin is a very knowledgeable and thorough reflexologist. After two visits, I have noticed a difference in my stance. Since I work on my feel all day, I tend to focus on proper posture, but it becomes difficult after a couple of hours into my work. The last two times I saw Jasmin, she pointed out problem areas in the shoulder reflex and I definitely have been working on keeping my shoulders healthy because those are my money makers and they have been extra achy as of lately. I will continue my sessions with Jasmin.
