Great, privately owned gym. Carl, I believe that is the name of the fellow who own’s this, is a very nice man. Great equipment too! My only complaint is that they close at 1:00 on Saturday and Sunday? I love working out in the afternoon, I hate sports on TV. So, after chores, lunch and church, I love to go the gym. I’ve had to switch to another business, because of this fact. If they ever decide to change the current hours on the weekends, I’ll re-up my membership.
The workout company is a great place to workout! Water has always been hot when I take showers and I’ve been going there for years. The owners are super friendly and caring. The trainers are knowledgeable and helpful whenever you have any questions.
Clean gym with different sections and equipment to accommodate people looking for guided classes to athletes looking for turf/track sections to powerlifting. The protein shake bar is second to none!!
