Called and got the exact help I needed from Lanasia! She was very thorough with her explanations of care and questions. She got me set up with a Care Assistant quickly and explained the services they provide. Definitely going with Synergy for Long Term Care and services because of her!

My mother has been a client of Synergy for almost two years. Our primary caregiver is Lori S. She is a treasure to our family. She engages my mother, who is in Middle Stage Alzheimer's, in activities. She reads to her, works simple puzzles, reviews family photos and encourages my mother to "help" her in light housekeeping (washing a few dishes and counters and folding towels). She also sings songs with her. My mother is active and engaged while with Lori - not just sitting and staring out the window. Lori is always joyful and upbeat when she arrives. My mother smiles less often these days, but she ALWAYS has a smile when she sees Lori. It took a few tries to find the right fit for my mother, and I'm extremely grateful for the day Lori was assigned to her. I appreciate the respite from daily caring for my mother's needs and feel assured that she is in excellent hands with Lori.
