They really are the best! Kind, Flexible and my little guy who is an older Shitzu Poodle always looks great! I highly recommend!
Took our Beau Beau here and they did such a good job, it was his first hair cut ever and he looked so handsome🖤 highly recommend!
They do a wonderful job with the dogs. I can not say one bad thing about their grooming services. Their customer service where appointments are concerned is another story. After taking my dog in every 10 weeks for 4+ years my next appointment wasn't booked because someone other than myself picked up my dog from his last appointment which I informed them of in advance over the phone. When I called concerned because I had not gotten the reminder text I was told not to worry they would get him on the wait list and they could probably squeeze him in over the next 2 weeks. I received no phone call about the waitlist for 3+ weeks and the next appointment out was 6 weeks away making it 16 weeks my dog would have been without grooming. When I called the owner to explain that I think the situation had been handled poorly and that they should not have made it seem like getting him in on the waitlist would be so simple I was told that the owner was not my "personal secretary" and maybe I should find a groomer who offered reoccurring appointments because they don't. Moral of the story....don't expect any customer service where scheduling appointments is concerned. They are so busy that loyalty means nothing to them. I guess as a business owner that's a good problem to have but it just doesn't sit well with me.
