“There must be angels here. Angie, Susan, Savannah, and many more members of the care team must have a hard time hiding their wings. I felt human, heard, and now I'm leaving better. I spent five days here, and as I leave 4/15 I feel better than I did 1/1/2024. They fixed me, they advocated for me, and they took care of me. I leave today knowing where I will go every time from now on, and who I'll be telling everyone else to go to. I came from two OSF stays behind me where at the end of them I was 130 pounds and crawling to the bathroom. I leave dancing. I must emphasize exactly a week ago I crawled to the toilet, unable to even finish the walk to the toilet. They performed a miracle on me I won't soon forget.“
