[In April 2023 Mack's Handyman Services rebuilt my elevated deck. I wanted to wait a year to provide a review to better gauge the quality of the repair.]Due to poor initial build and my failure to proper care for it, my deck was a lost cause. It needed a total tear-down and rebuild. Based on quotes and reputation, I chose Mack's Handyman Services for the work, which turned out to be a great decision. Steve helped me understand what problems existed and fully explained his proposed solutions. Steve kept a great attitude while assembling our shed. The "kit" purchased called Easy Build was anything but easy. The instructions and dimensions just didn't add up. Steve figured it out and did it right. Shoddy materials and shortages took more time than planned. I understood that it was going to take more time than estimated. All the while Steve kept a positive attitude and made it work. I would recommend Mack's Handyman Services.Service: General construction
