Very friendly & helpful service from all of the staff. I asked a question about other issues going on with my car & the attendant gave me some quotes. I will be returning for oil changes & service.

I always come to Jiffy Lube for my oil changes, and this week they let me know I needed new brakes ASAP! Hyde and Nate took great care of me and took the time to explain everything. I never felt taken advantage of, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their work and their customers. They even went to the other location to pick up a part they needed to make sure they could get my repairs done! I’ve always enjoyed coming here, and they reminded me exactly why. Huge thanks to Hyde and Nate for going above and beyond!

Chong and staff did a great job on my oil change at the Bradford location in normal. Chong was very informative and let me know that my tires were reaching near the end of their time. Thanks Team!
