I stopped by today at a hectic time - Mark was upfront about the longer than normal wait time. My car was done sooner than promised and I was kept informed every step of the way. Andrea helped work on the car and she was so helpful and informative. Mark was kind and super friendly. I will absolutely be back!
Everyone I interacted with was super kind! It can be a little scary to get service on my car as a young woman who knows nothing about cars, but they answered all of my questions, and I felt super comfortable! Thank you, Jiffy Lube!
My first visit to Jiffy Lube created a lifetime customer! Personable staff, quick oil change, and first responder discount. A little more expensive than the place I usually go to but I feel it was worth it for quality work and friendly staff. Thanks Jiffy Lube!!
