Richard Folks the owner of D&R Plumbing took my call right away. He said he would take my number and call me back and he did within 30 minutes. He came to my home the same day, found out he needed to clear his day to get my main water line fixed in my basement. He did a fantastic job and you could tell his experience and knowledge are what sets him apart from other plumbing businesses. He made sure before he left my home, that there were no leaks. I would highly recommend D&R Plumbing and I will call them again for future needs.
D&R is fabulous. I needed help on a Saturday night and when I called D&R I wasn’t sent to a call center, but rather I was connected to a plumber with D&R (Richard I believe). D&R gave me guidance on what to do with a leaking city meter, texted me contact info and provided reassurance. This is a great company - very satisfied and appreciate the personal service! I’m a customer for life now, thanks D&R!
