“I have done business exclusively with Bloomington carpets for over 20 years ( see review) anyway I was severely disappointed with their installers after the last 2 jobs. So I went to Floor’d and met Stephen.

The sales approach was professional and I picked up that Stephen was knowledgeable and completely competent. I picked out a carpet in stock but needed to order the pad that I wanted special. Stephen worked with scheduling as I had a remodel to finish and he was extreme patient and accommodating.

After the job was completed, Stephen called me just to see if I was satisfied even though our financial transaction was complete.

I can’t recommend this place high enough, Stephen and the crew knocked the ball out of the park for me and I could not be happier. When my wife noticed that the installers vacuumed the floor when finished and the lines were perfect she was over the moon as well.

Customer service is alive, well and flourishing at Floor’d.

“Our project with DreamMaker involved remodeling our seriously out of date and undersized bathrooms in our 32 year old home. We had allocated much of our budget to other priorities when we built our home, the bathrooms were near the bottom of our list.
