Warranty claims were honored without issue, install folks courteous, very helpful, and work performed as per appointments scheduled, on time, and helpful tips on product insulation/caulking provided. The entire experience was smooth and easy. From our Salesman, R J, the support team and to our installer, Igor, everything was perfect. American Thermal Windows did a wonderful job replacing our two bay windows and four ajoining windows. We are repeat customers. They replaced five windows a few years back.

Highly recommend working with Sahara! The entire process was very smooth and communication with them was really easy. On installation day, the team that showed up was extremely quick and very clean. The trim that they installed on the interior to finish out the windows and doors was seamless...it looked like it had been there all along. I was really pleased with their attention to detail. Definitely plan on working with them again as I chip away at other windows that will eventually need to be replaced.
