I had an incredible experience at King Spa. My boyfriend booked tickets for us on Groupon. I definitely would recommend getting your tickets on there since they’re cheaper! I left feeling lighter, more relaxed and overall in a better mood. The different variation of saunas felt unique and provided different types of relaxation. I enjoyed them all. All are very hot though.
Only disappointment was that the massages are paid separately and they’re too expensive in my opinion. $120 for a basic massage. You can get the same massage half off somewhere else.

I really enjoyed all the different sauna rooms and the women only areas. I think there's a good variety and I spent a couple of hours going from room to room. I would like it if there was a no phone policy because everyone was on their phones or talking on the phone. I would like to see management enforce the quiet areas more, as people were constantly talking. Like it's too hard for people to be quiet or stay off their phone for a few hours. Overall it's a clean and cool environment.
King Spa & Sauna in Chicago was an amazing experience. I spent my time in the men’s section and felt completely comfortable the whole time — very relaxed, respectful, and easygoing environment.
There are plenty of options to unwind — saunas, hot baths, cold plunge — and you can really take your time and just disconnect.
I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and in a much better headspace. Definitely a place I’ll come back to. Highly recommend.
