I had called them the previous day and told them I suspected my thermostat was bad.I had given them my reasoning and they agreed. I was able to give them the model # of the thermostat so that they could bring a proper replacement.Upon arrival an inspection was made and they agreed it was toast.After replacing the bad part my a/c was running again.I asked them to check my a/c unit condition. They reported a couple of parts were becoming borderline.I should mention the unit is 12 years old.I was told it was not necessary to replace the parts just yet.This shows their honesty that they didn't push to sell me parts.I had used this company before and I was impressed... read full review
I have used these guys for years at my personal residence and could not be more pleased with their work. Whether you need service, repair, or brand new HVAC system these guys are the best!
You know when you read a review and the reviewer mentions somebody's name and the person you end up meeting is not that person and the service is garbage compared the review you read? Well, not here. David is Done Right. And David and his dad, yep, David and Dad are the ones who come to your house. I work in real estate. I know a ton of HVAC people. There simply is nobody like this outfit. Nobody. Now, they can't handle everything but they are honest about that when you call.
