I did a cold call to Climatech plumbing (Sami) and he was personable and interested as I communicated my project of updating my basement laundry room and the utilities, and Sami came the next day to see the project! My project---Updating the location of gas W/D, Laundry sink both needing water pipe & drain rerouting/laundry box install, adjusting of an in floor drain no longer being used by the updating, install a new Zoeller sewage pump and update its piping/venting/rerouting, remove old galvanized drain pipe and install pvc pipe to create a better multi drain configuration connection of my existant overhead sewer system, remove an old traditional aged hot water heater...read full review
