Bianca Kelly Salon absolutely deserves 5 stars. I highly recommend Tina. She is not only highly skilled professional, but an artist. My hair never looked better (I had a haircut and Balayage). The style Tina created for me exceeded my expectations. She is an artist with a very friendly attitude.
