“I called Randy at Innovative Underground after getting several quotes from other companies for repairing a broken sewer tile and lining my sewer lines. I called him at 7:15 a.m. on a Monday and he answered his phone. He was at my house by 12:30 p.m. that day and performed a 2.5 hour camera inspection of my sewer line for free as part of his consultation. The other companies were going to charge me $295 just for the inspection. Randy provide me an upfront per foot cost for lining my sewer lines and an estimate for repairing the cracked tiles. His bid was the best value for the scope of work performed. He started the next day and completed the complete sewer line overhaul in a couple of days. Randy was extremely responsive to phone calls and texts. Both Randy and his assistants were polite, knowledgeable, professional, and skilled at their craft. I would highly recommend using Innovative underground for all of your sewer needs.
