We called Tim regarding an exterior foundation repair crack. During his inspection, he took it upon himself to also look at our sump pump and he found that the electrical cord was caught in the arm and impairing its proper functioning. He repositioned and taped it. He would not take a dime for it! The foundation repair was out of his scope of work and yet he had nothing to gain by helping us fix the sump pump at no charge! Who does that?! So nice to meet someone who cares about people! If we ever need him for anything again we will be calling him! We highly recommend Tim! Thank you again Tim.

Absolutely amazing experience. I will def use this business again and refer my friends. The individual who came out was very patient and listened but also educated me on they way concrete can be when houses are built.
