We’ve had a great experience with Area Wide Waterproofing so far. Kelly came out to our home in the Tinley Park/South Suburbs area very quickly and took the time to thoroughly evaluate everything and explain what she was seeing.
What really impressed us was the level of detail in the proposal. The estimate was very thorough, easy to understand, and clearly outlined the recommended work and what would be involved. Kelly was knowledgeable, professional, and never made us feel rushed while going through our questions.
The office was also very responsive, and they were able to get us on the schedule promptly, which we really appreciated.

Larry came out promptly and explained options for fixing the bowing/cracking walls discovered behind some of the drywall. He came out again with the foreman Craig to look at specific metrics on the property and make sure the planned repair would fit our situation. We had wall anchors installed to halt the leaning/bowing. This was a BIG project.
