Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting with Craig for an inspection of my crawl space and foundation. Craig was punctual and thorough. We discussed the issues I am having and he came up with a detailed estimate that he promptly emailed to me as promised. I’m very pleased with my experience thus far and look forward to Craig and his team working together to resolve my concerns.
We just bought a house that had basement and driveway flooding. We had a couple companies come out to give us quotes and Craig was by far the nicest and most knowledgable so we ended up booking with him at Area Wide Waterproofing. Craig and his team installed drain tiles throughout our whole basement and added a drainage system to the driveway/backyard. They were all very professional and did a great job. Will use them again in the future!
My crawlspace flooded a second time within a year from a heavy early March rain DESPITE a $7500 repair and encapsulation from the so called “best permanent” water seal company. I was devastated. This time I called the owner and founder of American Crawlspace, Steve Trafficanta, who now consults snd works along side the Area Wide Waterproofing team. He came out immediately and did a thorough inspection of my home inside and out. He was the only one who looked directly inside the drain tile clean-outs which were filled with water and silt. Even though others including my
plumber said my pump was working, Steve knew the water was not reaching the pump.
