We had a intermittent furnace issue during extreme cold weather after neighborhood. Power outage in RCM was excellent from start to finish. Randy (the young one) came out promptly was professional, calm and extremely thorough. He walked me through the entire diagnostic process. Step-by-step checked every component and explained what he was doing in plain Randy took the extra time to triple check everything that he had done. That attention to detail ended up resolving the issue completely. Our heat went out with freezing temps on a Sunday so we called RCM. Randy Bond came out quick and was very knowledgeable and thorough. He got our system up and running and took the time to explain everything. Highly recommend RCM and Randy!
