We wanted to build with a local company. We shopped around and found Pool & Spa Works price to be competitive and their timeline reasonable. Mario handles things at the beginning and is polite, insightful and always available for questions. Chris and his building team worked tirelessly and helped guide us on layout and options as the build went along that we could have not envisioned without Chris and it turned out beautiful. They worked in extreme heat and got the pool finished in a small time line. We had a couple bumps in the road and Chris's response was immediate and caring. I’m so glad I found Pool and Spa. I bought a house with an old pool and after several years I decided to replace it. After navigating supply chain issues for several months, Mario worked with us and I am so pleased with my new pool. I can’t say enough how helpful and patient with my questions Mario and his staff were. I look forward to enjoying my new pool and a long relationship with New Lenox Pool and Spa.
