Never been to the store, but their CEO is really sweet! I work down the street from the company, he stopped in for lunch, and we had such a rich conversation. You don't see people like that anymore. If I ever need tech support I know who I am calling!

I highly recommend Paragon Tech for anyone that needs IT-managed services. They helped my business in Lemont when I had trouble with my wifi connectivity in my office. My team's laptops kept getting disconnected and my customers that were visiting were getting frustrated too. I am so thankful I hired them to help me with my technology.
