Just recently Chuck was a tremendous help when I needed a new computer.He listened to how I used my computer and my new needs, then he researched which would best meet my budget and fulfilled my requirements. While I had to then purchase it was a great relief to know that what I was purchasing was going to be right for me. We had two laptops that were not working properly. One would not connect to the Internet and the other had been taken over by an IRS scammer. Chuck was able to remove the virus that did not allow one laptop to connect to the internet and reinstall the operating system on the second laptop so that it works like new.I would highly recommend Chuck for all of your computer needs.
