After getting the run around from HP, I reached out to Chuck who saved the day! My computer ran out of space (memory) and, after running an update, I was completely locked out. The drive was fried. Chuck was able to save all of my files, pics and videos! In addition,
he installed a new SSD for me, set up my Microsoft account and One Drive, and everything. Plus, he put all of my pics and videos onto a thumb drive. Thank you Chuck! You are my computer guy for life!!!
