I was experiencing shortness of breath for some time. I saw Dr Al-Massalkhi. I was diagnosed with COPD. He is very kind, takes his time with you & responds to my concerns when I call.I feel confident that I am receiving the best care., very happy with the practice.
I have seen my physician on more than one occasion here. Sometimes I get in quickly sometimes I have to wait. The staff is always courteous. And it has better parking operations than at the hospital.
I had my first visit there ( New Lenox) referred by my primary doctor. My wife accompanied me. We found the staff very nice and responsive and clear. Dr. Nischal Raya was great and took the time to go over my hospital reports and question me about what I was experiencing and listen to my story and laid out a clear plan for me. I'm very glad I found him. I'm feeling much better since seeing him.
