Clean facility, spacious. Friendly and exceptional staff. Jack greets every member, General Manager Patrick ensures any issues that arise are dealt with immediately. The Personal Training Manager Daryl is extremely knowledgeable with an extensive background in Training clients. Locker rooms are always clean here too!

Always have staffing issues high turn over also personal training options are a joke the more you say no the better deal and more sessions they want to throw in. Like last I talked to them.it was up to 50 free sessions but the package was like 900 per month really for 20 min sessions plus this was when they only had one trainer at the location. Cleanliness is hit or miss mostly miss. Half the time No one at the front desk pays attention to people coming and going I have been many times and just walked in.

Been at this location for 5 years with no complaints. Typically always two individuals on staff trying best they can to keep up with cleanliness, and I feel they're doing a good job especially considering it is a fitness center which requires much attention. I've found the front desk staff to be courteous and professional.
