I’m only able to go usually on weekends and maybe one day during the week, but the guarantee of Alyssa and the other amazing girl always having beds cleaned, ready, answering questions so patiently and doing there job with such a great work ethic and smile is always 100% ☺️ I choose the new Lenox location bc of these ladies!

Katie and the staff are amazing. Super helpful, especially being a little older and never having a L.A.Tan experience before. Katie and the crew have taken the time explaining the different tanning beds ,bulbs, and lotions . Super friendly and super helpful. As soon as a customer comes out of the room, they go in and clean it right away. I am a happy client.

I really like this particular location. It's clean, the staff is pleasant and wait times are very short, if any. I want to give a special shout-out to Alyssa because she is amazing! Always a smile on her face, very welcoming, so nice, polite, accommodating and all around sweetheart. I come in 3-4 times a week and hadn't seen her and was bummed because I thought maybe she had left. I walked in yesterday and was greeted by her smiling face!
