Didn't finish job, had to clean up and caulk myself. I even painted to try help them finish. 3-4 week job turned into almost 10! No matter Chris' response, you should highly consider not hiring!

I contacted Innovative Custom Homes in July of 2022 for a complete kitchen remodel after a recommendation and reading reviews. After meeting with the contractor and choosing the materials, I approved the plan and made a 25% deposit at the end of August. The contract specified work would be completed in 6-8 weeks. Due to the timing, I did tell him that if the work could not be completed before Thanksgiving, I would rather put it of until after the holidays. In January of 2023 I had still not had any word. I began calling and received nothing but excuses (family illness, crew illnesses, cabinets weren't ready, delay due to holiday), sometimes no return call at all.... read full review

I highly recommend Chris and his whole team at Innovative Custom Homes. Everyone who worked on my home showed nothing but professionalism, courtesy, and a level expertise in remodeling my dream kitchen. The team addressed any concerns I had throughout the process with promptness and a willingness to adjust plans to my individual needs. My new kitchen is even better than I had envisioned, thanks to the tireless work of Chris and his team. I would be happy to work with them again on future projects!
