If I could give them a ZERO I would! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!TERRIBLE customer service. Stood my company up 2 days in a row!Initially called on 12/30 and asked if they handle commercial buildings. They said yes. GREAT, I need an appointment. Man said it would be today if needed within 3 hours someone will call me when they are on the way! Waited the 3 hours until 5pm with no calls.. no show. I called and woman answered and stated she saw me there with no time?? Frustrated I stated I had been waiting and can they come the next day. She said yes, between 10 - 1pm. Next day I called 4 times spoke to 3 different people and they all assured me someone would call me. NO ONE... read full review

Elements Roofing Company responded immediately right away to my request for the quote. They did the work within the stipulated time and the final price was fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend!!
