CR Medical Group is a medical practice with many years of trusted service. While waits can happen during peak seasons, patients appreciate the ability to get in quickly for sick visits. I have been a patient at this medical practice since it was only Dr. Singh and Dr. Nawrocki in Joliet. I have yet to have even one negative experience with anyone at this office. The entire staff, Doctors, nurses, nurse practitioners, and all of the front desk have been excellent. They have always returned my calls. You can get in quickly for sick visits when needed. (Except for once in peak cold and flu season). I'd recommend this office to anyone who needs both kind and quality care!
Office visit today with Sarah preparing for upcoming surgery. The staff was extremely helpful and organized. I was able to accomplish all my pre surgery testing in one place and one day. Thank you!
My wife and I have been going here for three years and have had nothing but excellent service. Yes - you may have to wait at times just like any other service based business, emergencies arise and life is not about instant gratification. Research the individual provider reviews in the group, your personal experience may vary dependent on the provider you choose. Their Healow app provides an excellent communication conduit to the providers and also retains documentation for future references.
